An innovative approach of convergence of 14 technologies in agriculture and allied fields for providing livelihood to farmers, youth and others stakeholders in book entitled "Micro Business Module in Agriculture and Allied Fields for Livelihood Options in A & N Islands", , CARI, Port Blair by Srivastava R.C. and Ahmed Zamir S.K. p.74 ,(2008).
Variety developed as Partner (2013 &2014)
Ten varieties in crops viz., four in rice (CIARI Dhan6,7, 8 & 9) amaranthus (CIARI Lal Marsha & CIARI Shaan), one poi (CIARI Poi 1),and three mung (CIARI Mung 1,2 & 3) were developed and released by the Institute Variety Release Committee of the Institute for the benefit of the farmers.
