CIARIEWA of ICAR-CIARI conducts Farewell to Shri V Umapathi and Shri Albanus Xess

CIARIEWA of ICAR- CIARI, Port Blair conducted a farewell on the occasion of superannuation of Shri V. Umapathi and Shri Albanus Xess Skilled Supporting Staff on 31st May, 2022 at Dr. T. R. Dutta Conference Hall, ICAR-CIARI, Port Blair.

Dr. S. K. Zamir Ahmed Principal Scientist & General Secretary introduced the house about the contribution made by the Shri V Umapathi and Shri Albanus Xess.

Shri V Umapathi and Shri Albanus expressed their happiness over the conduct of the programme and shared their valuable experience with feedback.

The Director and Patron, CIARIEWA, ICAR-CIARI, Port Blair, Dr. Eaknath B. Chakurkar graced the programme and appreciated the contribution made by Shri Umapathi and Shri Albanus Xess in the field of technology transfer and supporting the validation of scientific research over the years. Head of Divisions of various sections also highlighted their remarks on the occasion. Patron CIARIEWA and Director, ICAR-CIARI honoured them with a shawl and presented a mementos as a token of appreciation for their tireless service.
