CIARI Urd 1
IIt is a medium duration (67 days), indeterminate, synchronously maturing (80% physiological maturity) variety suitable for Rabi cultivation in rice fallows and released (2017) for Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It possesses bold, dull & black seeds, long hairy and black pods, more number of seeds per pod with average yield of 12.0q/ha. It is resistant to charcoal rot, leaf crinkle, powdery mildew and mung bean yellow mosaic virus (MYMV).

It is resistant to charcoal rot, leaf crinkle, powdery mildew and mung bean yellow mosaic virus (MYMV).
