CIARI Mushroom 1
IIt is a cream coloured little slimy oyster mushroom variety released (2017) for cultivation in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It has irregular and curvy margins with no or very short stipes. It takes about 25 to 30 days to complete one life cycle and yields about 0.7 to 1.0 kg per kilogram of substrate.

It is a white coloured normal textured oyster mushroom variety released (2017) for cultivation in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It has regular margins with long stipes. It takes about 40 to 45 days to complete one life cycle and yields about 0.8 to 1.0 kg per kilogram of substrate.
