Developed a fully automated GIS-based web geoportal (Agri-GIS), pertaining to: a. Quantitative medium-range forecast of 8 weather parameters (Rainfall, Maximum Temperature, Minimum Temperature, Maximum Relative Humidity, Minimum Relative Humidity, Wind Speed, Wind Direction and Cloudiness) of upcoming 5 days (updated daily – GFS T1534 model output) b. Weather based Farm advisories in English as well as in regional languages (updated biweekly) c. Nowcast (updated every 3 hours) and d.
