With an objective to inculcate Scientific temperament among the students of Class IX to XII ICAR -CIARI under the ageis, of Agricultural Education Day conducted a scientist student interaction program at three schools of South Andaman on 23rd Nov, 2022 for the benefit of the aspiring students. They were sensitize on different options available as a career in agriculture and allied field both in government and private sector. Beside, the students were encouraged to become entrepreneur in the respective field.
Scientific team 1 comprising Dr. Debasis Bhattacharya, Dr. P A Bala, Dr. P Perumal & Dr. RR Aleythodi visited and interacted with the students of Mahatma Gandhi International School around 95 students participated
Scientific team 2 comprising Dr. Jai Sunder, Dr. T Suajtha, & Dr. A K De & visited and interacted with the students of Kendra Vidyalaya No. 1 around 160 students participated.
Scientific team 3 comprising Dr. S K Zamir Ahmed , Dr. J K Varadan, Dr. K Sarvanan visited and interacted with the students of Vivenkenda Kendra Vidyalaya . Around 200 students participated.
The visiting team expressed the gratitude to the principal and the teachers for the support of the conduct of the program.
